What I do for my rental properties is purchase them under an LLC addressed at a POBox (ex: sunshine investments, 138 south main realty, etc.) so no one can search the tax assessors database and find out who I am and where I live.

I was looking at the database they were collecting from "Networkers"--it currently has 8529 "registered" wholesalers (many of these will be duplicates) that they can now market to.
