Long story short, I’m newer and looking for the next duplex or bigger in Dallas or Dallas area. 

Furthest out I’d go is 55 min from dt dallas

@Martyn Sharp You are right about the market in Dallas, but there are lots of people using the BRRRR method successfully around there (a lot of them are our clients).

It does have a stove/oven, so we'll make sure to have some pots/pans and spices,etc.It'll be in north east Dallas.

Hello,My brother found a property in south dallas and he want to buy the property but he doesn’t have all the fund available however, he is willing to find some lender who invest in commercial stand alone warehouse.

Both suburbs have potential:Kyle has a decent distribution and manufacturing hub with its location between Austin and San Antonio as well as sitting on the I35 corridor to Dallas / DFW.  

I wouldnt be afraid to call and ask around in Dallas.

We are an hour and a half south of Dallas on I45.
