Are DSCR refinance loans ever approved in this case? 

Prior to the 3-day workshop (3 weeks before) they gave us access to the portal on their site where we could prepare and learn a little bit about what we were going to be learning in person, also questions to get to know us better and our goals.

Try to figure our what strategy would suite your lifestyle and goals (there's SO many ways to do it!).

Are you going to feel bad every time you see this guy if you lose him $50k in the next two years or just ghost him and move on?
