You aren't likely to find a legal multifamily in that price range within city limits right now.As suggested by prior poster,   going north or south by 30 minutes (off peak traffic) from seattle limits might increase your prospects.

Dave Del Dotto was my neighbor when I lived in the Napa valley his winery ( one of them ) was right across the street from my home.. ( its the one on Atlas peak road if you google it)But just Google Del Dotto wine's Napa and you will see Dave is living the life.. one of the nicest spots in America to live is the Napa valley hands down...IMHO  but I am biased of course.I can Assure you Mr.

I went with them originally because of the ability to move from a short term loan to a long term loan but now no longer.I would suggest you talk to Peak Asset Lending as they have helped me on another property.
