I agree with @Russell Brazil, inflation is going to be much harder to beat then they're acting like it will be and I think the fed knows it.

People in countries with nutbag import laws like Brazil and Turkey will buy them. 

Most of Brandon Turners books are solid too and provide good fundamentals.2)Look up on meetup.com or the web for a local Real Estate meetup, most are free and just network your nuts off.

But I definitely do not think a wholesaler is better at selling a property that is distressed.. there are some Dam good brokers that have good pipe lines to distressed real estate and like getting in with a great wholesaler who actually buys their inventory.. its a tough nut to crack but once you do..

Do what you need to to cover your nut, then put your IRA to work.

In a nut shell, it would be a privilege to own in Old Town.

Now ask your financial adviser if you can buy insurance to protect your 401(k) investment and they'll think your nuts.   

I just need to learn and understand the nuts and bolts better to keep ourselves out of trouble.
