Question is can they cancel their insurance policy and have us put insurance on the property without creating a red flag for the mortgage company in regard to due on sale.why rock the boat over maybe a 100 or 200 a year seems like stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.. there is always a risk the bank will call it but as everyone will tell you it seldom happens but if it does happen .. its un pleasant for all.
