Hello Everyone,My name is Cameron Johnson, I am a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR (woo pig).

Currently located up in Auburn Hills.Now I am trying to figure out the next steps on expanding my rental property portfolio.

I have a brand-new duplex with five beds each side just a couple blocks from the university, and when I wasn't able to fill one side for the following 12-month period, I decided to rent the rooms individually.

My girlfriend and I are looking to move out of our first house-hack (3 bed/2.5 bath) into a 4 bed/3 bath near the University of Miami.

HiI am looking at a new construction duplexe in the 78155 area code close to intersection of interstate 10 and Austin st in Seguin near Texas lutheryn university.

I'm currently a full time student attending the University of Oregon studying Public Relations with a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Of course, unless you build near a university.

Market is well, it's nearby a university and the high school and respective middle school are nearby.

Ours is starting up in the next few weeks with everyone coming back for spring semester and I was just curious to see what others are seeing around bigger colleges/universities?
