@Sean - I have been talking with American Title Company and they are going to be coming to our meetup group to discuss with our member exactlys what lists they are willing to provide  - both times I spoke with them, they were more than happy to provide property profiles and even produce lists based on area codes - when they speak to our group they are going to explain in more detail what they can do for us - i'm not saying it's the end all solution -but if they are willing to work with us and provide more useful data then why not take advantage of it.
