There are little brown spots of fly poop on everything from the walls to light fixtures to window frames and everything in between. 

One had an upgraded 100 amp service and only needed lights and 3 prong outlets.

Quail Ridge for bedrooms and bathrooms which is a light gray, and Merino for living spaces which is a tan.

Maintain schedule devised by Landlord for light maintenance: Replace Smoke and C02 Batteries, Furnace Filters etc…If Smoke and C02 Alarms need actual replacing, it will be done by a licensed electrician.7.)

If the lights in the building do not turn on because the electrical contractor installed something improperly that contractors E&O insurance would likely pay for him to go back in and redo the work. 

That being said I would not give tenant opinions the same weight as landlord ones.

if they are 3/4" thick, just sand it out and re-finish it, if it is a laminate, you need to be more careful, you can lightly sand them and refinish or you may try buffing it out.

It doesn't seem like it is weight bearing, but It does seem like it is possible.
