I haven't actually experienced that, however, I was just visualizing possibly having some kind of similar challenges!

If the appraisal comes back wildly different from your expectation, it can be appealed.

Only had one appeal which required a lawyer as you can’t represent an LLC during appeal.

I need to get a nice $40-$80 address plaque for curb appeal.

Why is investing in a market that not desirable to most of the investors in the market appealing to you?

I did this on a previous BRRR that required a lot more work and yes, it was hard to get people to visualize.

If you want the arrangement to be appealing to your investor ask them what they would want and find a deal strong enough to give it to them.

I would suggest taking time/dated stamped photos (time stamp is an app you can find for your phone if you do not have one) of the work that has been completed and create a visual time line of work performed.

Not exactly route optimization but it does let you map out each address visuall so that you can see where they are.
