Hey, I would like to know how you guys are pulling tax delinquent list if you’re getting deals virtually ?

@Darren Winslow I'm a real estate investor and a realtor in orlando and Kissimmee, and my CPA is located in another city , What I wanted to say is that you don't need to have a CPA that lives in the city where the properties are located or even the state, now the best CPAs in the country works virtually and they do everything through EMAIL

Call people back after they leave a message if you want, but try to keep it all virtual to avoid the time suck. 

A move to a lower-cost area is a virtual certainty, but for now we enjoy living in Napa. 

You could do a lot by having them give you virtual tours and even FaceTiming while they do walkthroughs.

I would suggest definitely flying over to the market you selected before your first purchase and visiting with everyone you've met virtually and setting up your team.

The main reason why I think it’s good is because it make house hacking virtually possible for anyone.

Two of the issues I've had were from people over stuffing the washer, and since than I've posted signs clearly stating not to overstuff and no comforters allowed in the machines and ever since, I've had virtually zero issues.
