I set my Auto deductible to 2500 and the intent is to protect ONLY from massive damage and/or as they say "a total writeoff".When we had a fire in '13, Farmers was just the best and payoff quickly to provide $95k for restoration.

Plus, Our contractor was also in a major auto accident (not his fault), attacked by a dog (requiring skin grafts to close it up), had a grandmother in ICU, and had a young daughter who required specialized medical care out of town - all during our rehab project.  

It's too hot and it scares me.I had been looking at Little Village for a while.

But what do I need to let the current agent know about the listings he has been sending through auto alerts?

I actually found this property through my local real estate agent's auto-search.
