Walnut Green Condos is the name...

After reading through the Ultimate Beginner’s Guide (thank you Josh and Brandon), and listening to the BP podcasts, I decided it was time to jump into the forums and get actively involved in the community.As far as RE/REI experience goes, I still consider myself very green but growing day by day.

Where would someone want to start that is totally green.

A little green.

Though I am very green . but if I happen to hear of anything I will let you know.

If you can walk a park in the fall, or winter look for green grass where everything should be dead.

@Brian Huber Not that I can speak from experience since I'm about as green as they come when it comes to wholesaling, but I just sent out my first direct mail campaign in Los Angeles.
