Hey all,So I have the following forms I submit for taxes each year:1x 1040 form (my salary w2 job)5x schedule E forms (5 rental properties)6x 1098 forms (mortgage interest for all my rentals and primary home)2x 1099 forms (stocks and crypto)Which package can I choose within TaxAxt (deluxe or premier) or TaxSlayer (classic or premium) that will cover all these tax forms without adding extra costs and fees?

Any issues they can log into the site and submit an issue and instantly goes to my phone.

For LTR, MTR and STR - Best way is to get a good handyman and have some automated property management software in place to help you manage interactions with the tenants. 

Just looking for find out what professional software people are using for their Self-Storage Units investments. 

Do you use any property management software (i.e., Appfolio, Yardi, DoorLoop, Buildium, RentCafe, etc.)?

Do you do an earnest money deposit and do you need to submit that to be held in ESCROW until you close on the deal?

We install those on our parks and it creates amazing efficiencies due to their connectivity to property management software and bluetooth capabilities.

Eventually I want to get to something like cozy or another type of Property mgt software however for the time being this works really well. 

Also, I assume the answer is yes, but should I get the house cleaned before submitting to buyers?

There are drive-by meters where you would setup software on your computer and drive past the meters and it will collect the information.
