@Chris Martin It's worth keeping in mind that, at least to my understanding, Trump transitioned out of primarily being a real estate developer years ago, and that he pivoted towards branding - hence, his name on a number of properties he doesn't own.If you want to learn about real estate from a Trump, his father is probably the better one to study, as his father built the real estate empire.

I took a little heartbroken breath from studying real estate investing after I was advised to move out of LA.

Study the market.

Since that time I have been taking the time to study and get a basic understanding of things.

I think the ones who are open to them may be the people who have actually lived in one and discovered they're not that bad!

What if they discover knob and tube wiring and you have to replace.

Not just because REI is a great way to generate cash flow and build generational wealth; more important, to me, is the fact that I've finally discovered a way to use my natural creativity and problem solving skills in a way that makes me excited.
