@Noyessie Hubert this is a very standard structure for most investment property scenarios.  

If you only care about your ROI and you don't have a passion for acquireing land and structures, a passion for renovations you won't last in REI.

As a rehabber I get deals emailed to me from wholesalers every now and again and there is only one group that actually structures deals that come close to making sense.

In my opinion, staying highly organized and building systems/processes is the most viable part of dropshipping.
