LocationRegarding the loan, you’d need to find a lender who understands the MHP space as most banks don’t loan these.

Hi Folks, i am exploring to construct 30-50 unit apartment complex in cleveland Ohio, preferably modular construction. does anyone have good references in that space?

We are new to renting our place out and logic tells me this is a  horrible idea because duh, but it really brightens up our space (it needs it) however I know it’ll be prone to getting dirty and showing it.
