Convert 5 bedroom to 4 bedroom in current residence?
We currently live in a 5 bedroom house. All bedrooms are pretty good size and we also have an office space. Our current master bathroom and closet are tiny. We would like to merge two bedrooms and put in a large master suite, but know that traditionally losing bedrooms in bad for resale. Does anyone advice on this? Would moving from a 5 to 4 bedroom ever increase value if you added in master suite?
