That foam spray is only for the walls right?  

The walls however are all 70's wood paneling.

They do it by walling off the door between the stairs and kitchen.  

On the wall  section we have a 48" stove/oven with uppers and lowers on each side (lowers will be drawers) , then next to them there will be 30" column (refrigerator on one side and freezer on other) with matching panels.

So no refinance needed if you are retaining for income properties.

There are some opportunities in decent areas w/ all in costs between $100K & $110K w/ ARVs of $150K or more.    

Which could end up with holes in the walls, sh** smeared on the walls, and god knows what else.
