With respect, the fact that you say you want to wholesale because you don't want to do what a realtor does is proof that you don't know all that much about the real estate industry.  

Regardless, I wouldn't worry about insulting them, be respectful and professional but this is business. 

Acknowledge them, pay your respects, but keeping pushing forward.

Does anything change for the buyer/seller in respect to doing a LO deal when going through an agent that charges a commission?
