In the real estate industry do you ever need to control a device or reboot a device remotely?

They should be WiFi meters and the meter company should be reading the data remotely

A few contributing factors: (1) my wife already worked remote pre-COVID and my employer is WFH until at least early next year, (2) we're paying an ungodly amount in rent for a tiny apartment without any of the original benefits of living in the city, and (3) we plan to spend the next 3-5 yrs on the west coast before eventually moving back east.The current strategy I'm debating is two-fold.

"Unfair advantage" meaning what is it has features that not every property is going to have?

Even if they are remote, its better.

We have only had two insurance claims in the past decade, and neither was remotely "frivolous."  

As @Dmitriy Fomichenko pointed out, the employer match is an attractive feature of many plans. 

The bonus is local storage, with easy remote access from the app, and security.

Sounds like bp needs a “follow” feature so you can chose to follow those who you’ve want to be notified about new posts rather than assuming you want to be notified of all your colleagues.
