The reality is that the coastal areas, and large cities in California have hot markets, the rest of the state, is still lagging behind, but beginning to see small increase in prices.  

So, before you jump ship, sit down, come up with a strategy to get to where you are going that is built on reality, not wishful thinking.

Now you see the sarcasm in my reply, yet it is sarcasm that is founded on truth.In reality, I hate to see people enter into a new venture haphazardly - leaving a wake of destruction in their path (especially at the expense of others).  

Bathroom remodel: sink, toilet, shower/tub, mirror with storage behind. 

I mean, in reality you never "know" if you're going to move, do you?  

I probably spend $300-400 more but it's worth it, replacing a damaged sink base due to water damage down the road will be much more expensive. 

The reality is no matter the profession chosen the strong not only survive but thrive to heights not reached by many.

Don’t provide the lender with everything and the kitchen sink: Only provide items on the list provided.

They'll have insurance for this and in reality you or the current owner will be responsible for the cleanup before getting to far down the road with a new lender. 

The reality is, TREC says an agent or broker cannot introduce a non-TREC contract.
