They'll be able to tell you everything they're seeing in each area from type of renters, demand, what you can get renting by the room, the quality that renters look for that'll yield the best profit, renting furnished vs unfurnished, etc.

Here are the amenities they are currently thinking of providing to travelers:Shared refrigerator spaceShared dishes / dinnerwareComplementary Keurig coffeeComplementary breakfast cereal (possibly eggs)Shower towels w/complementary soap + shampooHigh speed internetA table with the capacity for 5 to 8 chairs so business traveler guests can do some work in the house if they need to (there's not enough room in the bedrooms for individual desks unless)Is there anything you would omit or add to the above list?

I own only C and D quality rentals so I guess I have less worry about minor damages and they are expected with the demographic that rents them.

I would just replace the entire door it’s probably cheaper and you get in a better quality product for just $100 to $200 More.

One thing you could certainly do to raise it's market value is redo all of the drywall and finishings to bring that up to current standard home quality and design.When it comes to Buying it... take advantage of some sectors of the market thinking the home should be undervalues and snatch that thing up cheep. get it looking good and make off with a bundle.I am personally looking at Modular construction here in Houston.
