Grab a cheap plastic pump up sprayer , 2 gallon works good , and soal the wood deck , probably twice , let the surface dry , once dry hit any green areas again , once clean rinse with a garden hose .

I am still looking for my first rental and one thing keeps bothering me.I'd like to rent to A-class tenants who would pay a premium for a better property (granite counter tops, hardwood floors, etc.).

I'm in your neck of the woods and have been wholesaling, rehabbing and buy and holding for 14 years.

So i ask him if he is going to buy the house, his excuse is there was an issue with the rotten wood under the house that he didn't know about.
