I got mine from an education platform I bought when I got started My lawyer HATED that monstrosity, so one day they got fed up and bishslapped a standard real estate contract in my fayce.

There is no guarantee who clicks on the button and the declared name by itself (the area where the signer enters their name) is just a placeholder that can be filled by anybody.Prior to this case, there was little to no basis set in the US legal system for digital authentication platforms.

I do however, see your point in my doing so on a public forum and I apologize for using the wrong platform. 

I'm in the market for a marketing platform: leads, skip trace, SMS, email.

I have lost big $ by going on an assumption STR was allowed solely based on many properties being listed on popular STR platforms.

Before that we were using YNAB, which is a fantastic personal finance platform but was useless for rentals once we got past 2 doors.  

Local companies are charging 40 to 50% fees and aren’t optimizing various platforms ie.

Also Hubzu charges some hefty fees to bid via their platform and really makes the cost of the home outrageous.
