Open food was stored all over the floors in every room. 

My own rentals are single-family pet-friendly homes with all appliances in established Fayetteville neighborhoods.

It’s a quaint little town nestled into small mountains with a few breweries, upcoming food scene, and it’s fair share of outdoor enthusiasts.

So have had a property for 8 years and now am required to allow pets in Victoria Australia after each tenant property becomes less and less populated of plants ,one keen vegetable gardener even lied to my face and said my plants had died naturally in order to pull them out and saw back my trees.

We also have listed no pets but some with pets are inquiring hoping we won't mind, should I respond we are not accepting applicants from anyone with pets or just skip since there are so many interested?

She also needs a way to house her pets and care for them when they are displaced from the home.

This week her fridge went bad, so I replaced it in less the 24/hours and wants me to pay her 75 for lost food. 

They marketed that so hard the last 4 years I get my inbox flooded with people who think they are able to buy a house, and refinance it and get all their money back out as easy as ordering food at McDonalds.

That being said I have seen the havoc that pets can wreak on a rental property and have had a no pet policy for the past few years.
