Even though I have a career of passion (that I would do and HAVE DONE for free for many years) money does play a certain roll (any fellow drummers out there?

So three things for me are read the right books, hangout with the right people ( people who you want to be like) and the third is being passionate about what you do.

And secondly, I just don't see the romance in it.

My advice is to believe in yourself, your solution, and be very authentic to the person on the phone.This will make your success rate much higher than any script ever could.I see you have some passion inside by your tone in the thread, now channel that energy into as many phone calls a day as you can make, and success will follow!

I have always had a passion for residential home design and construction and currently work full time as a construction manager for a builder in the DC metro area.
