@James BridgesPlease keep in mind the multiple loan rules:Under those rules, the sum of the balances of a participant's outstanding 401k loans under a single 401k plan (using the highest outstanding balance of each loan over the last 12 months) can't exceed 50% or $50,000 whichever is less.

Hi guys, I live in a townhouse and currently in the middle of refinance just waiting to hear back from the underwriter, and everything should be good to go.The outstanding balance of my mortgage is $150k and the value of the house is somewhere between $300k-$330k.Reason I'm telling that is because even though it will be my first rental property, i don't need to do house hack and I'm in a pretty good shape financially.
