@Elda Castillo You do not need any licences to buy and flip, however I would check if you need to Qualify your Georgia LLC with the Florida Department of State division of Corporations in order to enter into agreements with Florida GCs.

Our current weirdest expense involved a dinner plate sized hole in the bottom a bathtub which the departed (not dead, just moved) tenant described as a "minor crack due to normal wear and tear".
