NORADA is stationed in CA, and they are not transacting there !!!!

Near bus stops, light rails stations, and freeway on ramps.

We are looking to be able to retire from here as my duty station options are limited.

I am a customer at my bank, the gas station, the grocery store and many other business and I never feel I am being treated unfairly by them expecting me to pay at their request.Life is about responsibilities.

I'm active duty Army and we needed to quickly rent out the home we were living in due to a PCS (Permanent Change of Station) and he listed the property and had it rented out quickly. 

If I bought a gas station or a multifamily or something, I have to outlay some type of money to get the returns.

Here and there, there will be  a double unit.I personally would skip Station North and Parker Heights, I kind of agree @Mark Moyer Reservoir Hill could be an option.

To update: on the day I received a judgement for the eviction, I decided the timing was good to take the check to the police station to make a fraud report on the NSF check I received from tenants friend for her rent. 

I've never been a fan of those moral compass type employee questionnaires and we would never use such a questionnaire in our tenant screening.However, we do query our tenants about basic household operations and provide them with an orientation (here is the main cut-off for the electrical; here is how you shutoff the natural gas; here is water shutoff; here is the fire extinguisher & here are the dates upon which you can go down the street to the fire station to learn how to use one .... ).  

I'd target the SF Bay Area Craigslist ads, and include info on commute time to SF, and how close the rental is to the Amtrak station, etc., for commuters.My friends live in Fairfield and work in Martinez.
