One of my neighbors passed away (old age).

I will be offering $89,900 with intent to lay new laminate flooring down because the house has three different types of flooring laid, and it all looks pretty old.

We ended up using a Navy FCU 7 yr ARM and bought an old colonial in the yachting village/ lower Thames.

In the area where I invest there is an old 16 unit, built in the 20’s, lots of lead paint, asbestos, vermiculite etc.

Not quite sure how owner financing works exactly at this point but I am educating myself and asking questions.Also going over real deals in the real world that involve underwriting which is teaching me how much I don't know.

All my time has been in flips so this is a whole new world :)

It was on the market for a while, I actually went and looked at it with my agent and never made anything of it besides saying to my agent "what a beautiful old house with such character and craftsmanship lets look at the next property I don't like the numbers".

@Charles A.A few questions. 1) How old is this property?
