I happened upon the podcast first and from there joined the website and began to read a lot of the blogs and books that are available. 

They give me more fuel for my bid on the prop.

There is a website that you can track HUD listings by county. 

Have any of you had any experience with the foreclosure websites?

I believe the offer has to be submitted via their website through a realtor (who needs to register on their website if they have not already).I have purchased a few.

I was curious what other websites and marketing tools have you ladies and gents used in the past that helped you get attention on your properties on the market.

@Frank CasiThis isn't really a directly answer to your question, but I would highly encourage you to double-check all of the numbers/calculations yourself and not base any decisions based on what you see posted on others' websites.

Welcome @Derek Caldwell The first thing to do is learn everything you can from the website and Podcasts on BP. 

Of course you'll simply be memorizing, and not learning.
