Cleveland can be a tricky market because you can be in a good zip code but in a bad neighborhood.

I'm also open to buying here as it seems to be a good rental market. 

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

Waukegan is a town you do not have to rent section 8, lots of great market renters, and the naval base is a great source of clients.  

I was also wondering if the market is good right now in Germany.

I live in Belguim so markets are very different here.
