Myself I go the other way.. no 50k investors only large investors 500k to 1mil plus easier to manage and its me and one partner.. very easy. 

My property manager in Costa Rica signed up for VRBO in addition to what we have with Airbnb.   

The only other consideration might be if your client considers managing 2 significantly different than 1.
