I've found this is the issue most agents have.So, aside from plain old follow up, weekly updates to both sides of a purchase, rocking a deal and then courting the listing agent, keeping clients interest first and professional and self development type stuff...

I will be looking for rental property in the Austin area as my good friend moved from San Jose to Bastrop Tx. just outside of Austin last year and my other friend Kenny moved to Round Rock Tx. just outside Austin.

So I paid for that ‘test’ then they asked for more money for remediation, I paid for that.... then they said , we hit a rock, we need to test the water!!!!!!!! 

Denver doesn't have the 1% deals much anymore unless you look for condos/townhouses, but there are still deals out there, and I believe in the long-term growth of Denver with all the people moving here, great beer, Red Rocks, mountains, and so many things to do.
