Of course, researching these businesses always leads nowhere.Many of the people promoting these loans are "consultants" -- typically just affiliates for some MLM promoting commercial loans.

I then get to enjoy the benefits of that relationship far into the future, thus reducing my efforts, frustration and stress.Of course, being "a dick" can also get you what you want, but it generally breeds frustration, requires you to continually work to build more relationships because you're constantly destroying the ones you have and causes stress that will ultimately lead to health problems and a reduced life span.Given that I dislike frustration, I'm lazy (as you pointed out earlier in the thread) and I want to live a long time, I tend to go the nice route...at least much of the time.But to each his own...GA for me is a far different playground that doesn't produce nearly the same results.
