Got a tile shower that I'm trying to build, looking for a quality tile installer.

Install drain tile around the parameter and a sump pump before pouring concrete.

Don't overspend on materials (i.e. fancy tiles, hardwood floors) but do try and add items that appraisers look for (i.e. painting cabinets and putting a granite countertop and a modern faucet can be seen as a "new" kitchen).

People will take scrap wood, metal, broken appliances, extra tile, carpet, etc.

My advice - if it's just cosmetic, don't get a general contractor... hire everyone separately for tile, cabinets, countertops, floors, etc. and you will save a lot of money. 

I'm awesome at tiling, painting, and assembling IKEA cabinets, too!

Hey BP,Working on my third deal (second rental) and started laying the ground work on a 91 day seasoning period loan.

My boyfriend and I recently bought a house to flip and the bathroom has a shower/jacuzzi and it’s a fully tiled wall and the color is outdated.

He was extrememly helpful and was able to make the first time home buying process easy to understand by laying out multiple options to close the deal.

Your situation could be the exception to the rule I'm trying to lay out for you here.But if I'm right, you stand to lose quite a bit, and I would either sell this one remote-managed place now, while you still can, or get a property manager out there to manage it.
