If a tenant leaves the place clean and without damages, and has no outstanding rent or fees still due, then we will be able to do so.

Nothing was signed and there are no legal remedies involved this early in the process, so no harm done should things not work out.It's not fool-proof but it's less risky than most other aspects of REI 

Hello,I am new to BiggerPockets, a recent graduate, and I have become very interested in getting involved in REI.

So my real estate journey began with an older coworker asked me if I had any plans for the future or what kind of investments I was involved in.

I paid a guy $1000 to remove trees and clean up the yard. replaced a sump pump (no receipt even after asking over and over.)

My husband and I are eager to get more involved in investing in real estate to help out local communities and build relationships with others in the real estate world.

With all the competition from DC, MD, PA, NY, DE they are doomed until they find a new business model not involving gambling.
