This is exciting though because im about to interview someone else and if that works out ill be living for free and cash flowing.

The only way it could work is getting this legally recognized as a non conforming duplex

We did recognize some of the home’s potential based on its incredible location, its size and the price.  

I also met with an interviewed with KW in Fort Collins & they are pretty excited to bring me on and I am the say with them so a good thing is going there already.But basically, Im wondering how much the numbers impact your ability to earn.

I'd say you have to interview them, just like they do you and make sure your personality is a good fit.
