I don't agree with many parts of this proposed legislation.

Hi @Tony Norella, You have a three (3) year window from the date that you move out of the property in order to take advantage of the $500,000 tax free exclusion under Section 121 of the Internal Revenue Code.  

A couple years ago I had an intern who was working on his Real Estate degree at UWM.

For some international investors it may be a case of not necessarily caring as much about the return but more of an inflation hedge/protected place to keep money.  

From what I am told there are 3 ways to get rehab funds 203K loan, an internal portfolio bank rehab loan, or a Freddie Mack/Fannie Mae rehab loan.

We have a short closing date as we have to be on international travelling shortly after the closing.
