The charges i ran into were exactly the same as yours, as they where what i found 2-3 in the area to pose, and i didn't feel the property cash flowed enough with the integrated cost of a PM.

I'm just starting out and looking to meet other investors and agents in the area.

At this point I want to have initial meeting and see where the insurance companines are with their offers to settle (I also had about 70% of policies with one carrier) but every parcel is a seperate claim, deductible, adjuster, process, etc.

If they do not meet your criteria, as you would with any other applicant, say no. 

I ended up preachy when I just wanted to tell him to get out there and meet some people instead of worrying all day about how to BRRRR C/D-class houses into generational wealth.
