Just looking for that sought after magic title of "Financially Independent" just like many of you while trying to find the time to squeeze in basically a part-time job on top of having a family that needs all my extra time!

Hey everyone,I recently purchased my first property in the Kansas City / independence area.

They may be financially independent/retired within 7 years, but unless you own the properties yourself, you'll probably still be working that job or another 9-5.FREE MBA programs are EXTREMELY hard to come by.

I am very fortunate that my service time has allowed me to become financially independent and able to invest in this new en-devour. 

If you look out in the suburbs of Independence, Raytown, South Kansas City and Grandview, you'll find less rentals, If you're working with a turn key company, make sure you're working with one that places the tenant befoe you close.

However, my goal is to become financially independent in 20 years.

Maybe they have a different system, though, like the Raleigh Rental Registration system that was independent from the 'regular' permit search system. 

I hope to reach financial independence in 10 years.
