Always on the hunt for a good property, or something to at least crunch some numbers on!

@Taylor Cu  there are 250 or so folks that did pod casts I am not so special.. but I do believe wholeheartily as someone who grew up in the bay area.. that I would do everything I could to get a property in the bay area and house hack is a perfect way.. way before I would venture to other markets..once you have that accomplished then go hunting for more.

(Of course there will be fixes and vacancies, etc)  Fix and flips, you are constantly having to hunt for a deal. 

You really have to hunt for deals and run your numbers hard.

Personally I'm still hunting for deals but realize this is going to be a difficult year to invest to make the numbers work.  

Just keep on the hunt and save every dime you can so you can jump if something pops up.

I've been on the hunt for my first investment property in the Charlotte market, so far, no luck.

I have heard of people doing short term rentals in different areas because of the different things to attract people whether it's the Northern part of the state that has hunting and fishing, Freeport has outlet shopping and close to Portland the biggest city, and Bar Harbor is the Biggest tourist destination.
