I am still trying to stay in the retirement mode and devote my time to the care of my wife but when I am out in the car it is a tough habit to break when I see something that might be a deal and I want to hit the brakes and check it out.

The more the exposure is limited the smaller the chances of hitting the bid a seller desires.  

My credit took a hit in college and right after college (defaulted on student loan).

I am a full time Real Estate investor investing in MD and Northern VA.  

Once I get my license, I really want to hit the ground running.

About in the middle of the property is a SFR that is in need of minor updates and repairs and on the northern portion of the property are two single-wide trailers (southern portion is pasture).

We often hit the snooze alarm for just five more minutes.
