I am a full time Real Estate investor investing in MD and Northern VA. My husband (and business partner) and I have done lease options and wholesale deals in the past. We are in the process of systemizing so that we can increase volume and do more deals.

@Cassandra Ramirez My favorite in the baltimore area is the BWI Meetup. Also Mareia just outside of the beltway north west of Baltimore. There is the Capital City REIA run by Tammy Phelps. There is a group in Northern VA run by BP member @Roger Lin.  DC REIA in Upper Marlboro, run by Sherman Ragland.

I know there are some others but these are the largest and longest lasting ones.
