I actually have a few properties in different parts of the metro area, but the primary area I’m having trouble finding a handyman in is in the City of Atlanta in Fulton County (i.e. 30318 and 30310 zipcodes).

The markets I am left to find deals are in concord, richmond and oakland in C- or D class neighborhoods, which I would not feel safe living in. I

I am eligible for them and the area that I am looking to invest in is eligible as well.

We had some pending maintenance items and we were waiting for the parts to get in. I

What type of property should I invest in? I

Rates are likely only going to go up over a longer time horizon like that, so it's not a bad idea to lock in. I
