I am seeking a new investor friendly realtor in atlanta who is familiar with the atlanta market and can assist me in getting my first MFR..

I am now seeking to do my first fix and flip with my partner/husband.

I must have been seeking your professional opinion on the deal is all I can figure I don't actually remember and to be honest like I said it's so irrelevant now and with this issue so who cares? 

Upon my arrival, I will also be seeking my first multifamily property (I am already in the process of getting pre-approved) and wanted to reach out to the Denver community to see if there is anyone that would be around to grab a coffee and talk real estate/finance? 

The reason I ask,is that most if not all of these folks that comprise these teams have a lot of experience, knowledge and insight that might be able to steer you in the direction you seek ( a contract). 

I threaten them with a complaint to the Board of RE in the state and to seek their license to be revoked.
