I'm sure you can agree that just like with anything including the stock market, it takes awhile to understand the fundamentals, learn and become an expert (or somewhat of an expert) in any field.

Where most of our properties have crappy sideways pics of a toilet taken by a blackberry)I don't want to hire a web person to build a property page for each one as 1) there are too many and 2) We're always buying, selling, changing, etc. so I just want a CRM tool where I can type in the new data and boom, it's done.There are already too many steps to take when I buy a new place.

PROPERTY TAXES: you can look up current taxes on your local county’s web portal most of the time.
