I don't get to ask many questions so here we go :)

My property management software doesn't generate actual property websites.  It does have a landing page where I can show all the various units for rent though (picture below).

So currently, for each property, I use a word press plugin ("WP-Property") that allows me to build property pages.  I can upload images, put in information like deposit amount, rent, phone numbers, etc. and it'll build a page around that.  However, it sort of sucks.  Meaning, the page isn't that great.  Not nearly as nice as other apartment property pages I've seen done (either 'by hand' or generated by other management software.  Grated some of them look nicer because their assets are nicer.  Better pics, floor plans, etc.  Where most of our properties have crappy sideways pics of a toilet taken by a blackberry)

I don't want to hire a web person to build a property page for each one as 1) there are too many and 2) We're always buying, selling, changing, etc. so I just want a CRM tool where I can type in the new data and boom, it's done.

There are already too many steps to take when I buy a new place.  A post about it on the website, a post about it on FB.  A page for the property has to be built.  It has to be added to our custom google map.  We have to update our website menu structure to go to the new site, etc.    So if there were at least better tools to build a property (or unknown software to do all in one step) I'd be a happy camper.

Below are some screen shots of what our "unit listings" page looks like via the property management tool, and what one of our property pages look like.  I've edited out any details that would show address just to avoid claims of promotion.

Sample property page.  This is what each properties page looks like:

This is what our "listings" page looks like.  I'm actually okay with this. This is auto generated based on what property managers put as their 'listings' in the property management software.  They never really keep pics, descriptions, price or availability up to date but hey...  If you know any good property managers let me know : )
