I facilitate many Hobby Millionaire Charlotte meetings, held 3 days each week plus a monthly meeting.  

Versus just a hobby?

The 2nd house is my favorite.

She recently received her real estate license as a hobby and extra source of income as we all know educaters don't get paid much.

Crawfordford Plumbing is my favorite, Cove Plumbing is also very good but cost more and sometimes not so timely.Hope this helps, Rick

Hi @Chris Murphy,Yup, I did a mortgage for a guy less than a year ago that is a plumber and one of my favorite clients ever. 

Well even if i "retire" i would still be able to continue as a hobby hahaI just hope to have a very good deal as first investment, to help me support the rest, i can not count on my salary income, but buy cutting expenses, i think i will be able to do something.

How are you spending your time, how many hours a week do you spend on your business, are you still scaling your business, how has it allowed you to delve into other hobbies/businesses?
